I always find sorbet is a better bet for juicy berries. That does look amazing though. Yum.

Fantastic color for ice cream! Just spotted blackberries at our farmer's market... ;)

That looks great. I have the cheap plastic floozy, but it works well. I made some PB ice cream( using cuisnarts recipe) last night.

I love berries as much as the next gal, but I can't wait to hear more about that pumpkin pie gelato. This place in Berkeley used to have it around the holidays and it was divine....

Love blackberries, love gelato. Great combo!

I've toyed with the idea of buying a similar appliance - maybe I'll put that on my birthday wishlist :D

ps the gelato looks so tempting

Oh this is so unfair, I want one I want one! ... I promise I wont try too hard to steal your new Boyf Lyn... but perhaps we can share him?.... no? oh he probably isn't enough of a cad anyway. I will have to find my own one I suppose ... Oh Cusinart where are you? *clare calls in her most seductive voice*

Oh, I want a boyfriend, just like that too! ;-)))

Your gelato looks terrific. Love the color.

I love gelato, but it is difficult to find a shop that makes it in my small town in S.C. so, I have to make it myself when I get a craving. I appreciate all of the recipes I can get my hands on. Check out this "cool" article about gelato at www.foodista.com
